According to the BMI repertoire, there are 91 songs called Ooh Baby.
Edited to add: What's even more frightening, is that there are 97 songs titled Fuck You...
Dear Santa,
I would love a random orbital sander for Christmas, please.
Also, could you please move Christmas forward eight months? Then could we also have a regular Christmas in December? This would be greatly appreciated by all.

OMG, I just found that someone has listed me, from an article I wrote and was published on the internet way back when, in their cited works for an essay. That's the weirdest feeling. Of course, the paper received a very high grade. :)
After a couple of weeks where I've had little to no life apart from being constantly called into work, I've ended up with this (fake) Latin phrase embroidered on the bottom of a work skirt, thanks to Margaret Atwood and The Handmaid's Tale:

I thought it was about time I posted a link to my favourite blog ever, One Good Thing. It's the journal of an awesome feminist mother and sex shop owner.
That is all.
So, I decided to clean the house today when I realised that we had to let somebody else inside. My sister arrived on a plane tonight, and while I seem to be willing to subject myself (and Mr Crumpet) to several layers of filth, it's not something that I can let visitors see... During the process, I discovered that I have a whole bunch of really cool (well, I think so anyway) cushions that I made a couple of years ago from old t-shirts, scrap material and other fun trims. And here they are for your viewing pleasure:

I also hung some of my Linden Postcard Show paintings on the wall behind the couch. It's now the official Nude Wall:
And considering tonight's couch theme, here's what we'll be watching from it tomorrow night -- my sister's birthday presents:
